Must submit proof of enrollment with student ID or copy of enrollment at school or letter from preceptors. NON VOTING.

BIRTH CENTERS/CLINICS that serve 30% or more people of color but are not owned by people of color. NON VOTING.

BIRTH CENTERS/CLINICS that serve 30% or more people of color AND are owned by people of color. VOTING.
Fee- $150-$350 based on reported practice revenue

• Access to “One on One “ calls as needed with Board members and to quarterly private-group virtual meeting

INDIVIDUALS of color who own/operate maternal child health (MCH) practices serving 30% or more people of color. VOTING
